CATALYST QUALITY SYSTEM

Documentation, connected.

The label, the physical certificate, and the public record are designed as one system. Each points back to the same material and lot identifier.

01

Lot numbering

Every vial carries a lot identifier that resolves to a single release record. The identifier on the label, the Certificate of Analysis in the box, and the public verification record all reference the same lot.

02

Certificates of Analysis

Lot-specific COAs state the analytical method, testing facility, release date, and retest date. A COA verifies chemical purity and identity against stated criteria. It does not constitute approval for human use.

03

Private order records

Each shipment includes a card with a QR code unique to that order. Scanning it and confirming the email used at checkout sends a one-time access link to order records, COAs, and approved documentation.

PHYSICAL → DIGITAL

Private order access starts in the box.

The order QR does not expose an order number or email address. It resolves to a secure access challenge before displaying order-specific material.

DOCUMENTED BY LOT

The record travels with the material.

Every released vial is tied to a lot-specific analytical record. Verify the identifier on the label, review the stated specification, and access the associated Certificate of Analysis.
