FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Research-use documentation, lot verification, shipping, and how Catalyst materials are released.
What does "Research Use Only" (RUO) mean?
All products are supplied for laboratory research use only. They are not for human or veterinary use, nor for use in diagnostics or therapeutics.
How do I verify a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
Scan the QR code on any vial, or enter its lot number on the Verify a lot page. Verification confirms the lot, batch release date, and retest date.
How are products supplied, shipped, and stored?
Compounds are supplied lyophilized and sealed under nitrogen. Standard items store at or below 25°C in the dark; cold-chain items ship refrigerated and store at 2–8°C.
Does Catalyst offer a white-label or private-label program?
Yes. The same packaging, documentation, and online verification system can be re-branded to a distribution partner. Request the partner kit from the White-label page.
